Dungeonstone orders are shipped to the continental United States via the US Postal Service or by Federal Express Ground Delivery.
Depending upon the number of orders we are working on, orders generally take 5-10 business days processing to ship.
Note: Orders which include "made to order" accessory items may require additional processing time.
You should contact us for all return requests. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price plus original shipping charges. Merchandise returned must be in the same condition as originally received. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges that may apply. All merchandise returns require prior authorization from Dungeonstone.com
Please note: All orders to areas outside of the continental US must be handled on a case by case basis. If you are outside of the continental US and wish to purchase our products please contact us directly so that we can work up a quote for the shipping costs.
All orders placed to addresses which are "unconfirmed" by Paypal may require an additional 7-10 days processing to help insure proper delivery.
